Four side sealing povidine gauze pad manufacturing machine is manufactured by our company based on our Vaseline gauze production machine technology and according to customer requirements.This equipment is an integrated device for the production and packaging of povidine gauze pad,iodine gauze pad.The slicing, soaking, folding, and packaging of povidine gauze pad are completed in one machine.

Working process:

Gauze roll, packaging roll film machine→Gauze soaked with povidine/iodine→Cutting to pad→Gauze pad output and bag feeding→Bag making→Packaging→Sealing→Output packaged finished product

Features:

1.With advanced servo control,the PLC programmable controller intelligently controls the operation of the whole machine,which has the advantages of cutting cloth,loosening film,conveying materials,stabilizing the conveyor belt.

2.Dual packaging material rack can be selected,suitable for different packaging materials.

3.Mobile synchronous heat sealing ensures more uniform and stable sealing surface temperature,resulting in better heat sealing effect.
